We have established the first bakery in the world inside a refugee camp which includes an oven. The bakery has been established in October 2013 at the Zaatari camp with the purpose of supplying freshly baked bread to be distributed throughout the refugee camp.
Our prefab bakery has a high capacity of production. It can produce up to 12 tons of fresh bread on a daily basis, which can cover around 54, 000 persons per day, taking into consideration high standard of sanitization.
